Ground Meat and Gravy

Serves: 6
Start to Finish: 20 minutes

1tablespoon butter
pounds 90/10 ground beef
¾teaspoon salt
½teaspoon black pepper
1/3cup all-purpose flour
3cups 1% milk

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Melt butter.  Add beef and brown, about 7 minutes.  Add spices.  Sprinkle flour over beef and stir to coat.  Add milk and stir until hot and bubbly, and thickened, about 5 minutes.Serve over potatoes with sauerkraut for dinner, or over biscuits for breakfast.
