Spicy Tomato and Avocado Salad

Start to Finish: 15 minutes

2cups fresh tomatoes, diced (or cherry tomatoes, halved)
2cups avocado, diced
2ounces pepper jack cheese, diced
2tablespoons lime juice
1tablespoon olive oil
½teaspoon salt
½teaspoon ground black pepper
6cups lettuce, washed and chopped

1. In large bowl combine tomatoes, avocados, pepper jack cheese, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Mix well. Serve on bed of lettuce.
