| 1 | 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | large egg, beaten |
| ½ | cup sour cream |
| 1 | 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
| ¼ | cup granulated sugar |
| 1 | graham cracker pie crust |
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine cheese, egg, sour cream, milk and sugar in large mixing bowl. Mix on high with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour into pie crust and place on cookie sheet.
3. Bake on center rack 30 minutes. Center of pie will be jiggly when done. Cool and chill.
