| ¾ | cup vegetable oil |
| ¾ | cup cocoa powder |
| 2 | cups granulated sugar |
| 4 | large eggs |
| 2 | teaspoons vanilla extract |
| 2 | cups all-purpose flour |
| 2 | teaspoons baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | cup confectioner’s sugar |
1. Mix oil, chocolate, and granulated sugar in large bowl. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Measure flour by dipping method, or by sifting. Stir flour, baking powder, and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight.
2. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheet.
3. Drop dough by tablespoonful into confectioner’s sugar. Roll in sugar and shape into balls. Place about 2” apart onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake!
