Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts

Start to Finish: 25 minutes

pound brussel sprouts
2tablespoons unsalted butter
salt to taste

1.  Chop ends off brussel sprouts, cut in half, and rinse. Make sure to keep any leaves that may fall off.
2.  Heat butter over medium-high heat in large skillet until melted. Add brussel sprouts, and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 10 minutes, until tender. Add salt to taste.
