| 1 | pound sugar snap peas, trimmed |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| ½ | teaspoon salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon ground thyme |
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease large baking pan.
2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until peas are evenly coated with oil and spices. Transfer to prepared baking pan. Roast until peas are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes.
