1½ | pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
2 | teaspoons canola oil |
salt and pepper to taste | |
1 | 18-ounce container BBQ sauce of choice (we like Kroger Original Barbecue Sauce) |
1 | 22-ounce can Bush’e Best Bourbon and Brown Sugar Grillin’ Beans (can substitute any brand or flavor) |
1. Turn on all burners of gas grill to high. Close lid and heat until very hot, about 15 minutes. Clean grill with metal brush and coat with grilling spray. Trim fat off of chicken. Toss chicken with oil, salt and pepper. Grill chicken with the lid closed until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Transfer chicken to a platter and let sit for 5 minutes. Slice chicken. Pour entire bottle of sauce in a small pot and warm over medium heat until bubbly. Toss sliced chicken with warm sauce.
2. Heat beans in medium pot over medium heat until hot and bubbly.
3. Serve BBQ chicken with beans on the side.
