Mashed Potatoes

Serves: 6
Start to Finish: 20 minutes

2pounds gold potatoes, peeled and cut in half
2tablespoons butter
¼cup mayonnaise
¼cup whole milk
 salt and pepper to taste

1.  Fill large pot with water, and bring to boil over medium-high heat.  Add potatoes and boil until soft, 10-15 minutes.  Drain and transfer potatoes to large bowl.  Mash potatoes until desired consistency.  Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

Note: Steaming the potatoes instead of boiling them works well too.
