1½ | pounds chicken breast (6 chicken breast halves) |
1 | ounce thin sliced Swiss cheese (6 slices) |
3 | ounces thin sliced deli ham |
1 | large egg, lightly beaten |
¾ | cup panko |
3 | teaspoon Italian seasoning |
½ | teaspoon salt |
½ | teaspoon ground black pepper |

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Pound chicken breast halves to an even thickness. Top each chicken breast half with 1 cheese slice and ½-ounce ham. Roll up each chicken breast half, starting with short side.
3. Place egg in shallow dish. Combine panko, Italian seasoning and salt in another shallow dish. Dip each chicken in egg, and dredge in panko mix. Place chicken seam side down on prepared baking sheet. Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray.
4. Bake 25 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
