| 1 | 15.5 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed |
| ¼ | cup tahini |
| ¼ | cup olive oil |
| ¼ | cup water |
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| ¾ | teaspoon salt |
| dash of cayenne pepper | |
| 3 | tablespoons lemon juice |
1. Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Serve cold with warm pita bread and olive oil.
